RGIM provides investors with the opportunity to partner with The Rockefeller Group, developing and acquiring commercial real estate globally. Investors will benefit from the firm’s longstanding expertise in sourcing opportunities, underwriting risk and return, and actively managing real estate. Fully integrated within The Rockefeller Group in the United States, RGIM also works in close coordination with the firm’s parent company in Japan, Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd.

The Investment Management platform continues the longstanding tradition of financial stewardship and value creation that distinguishes The Rockefeller Group and Mitsubishi Estate as leading owners and operators of premier commercial office, industrial and mixed-use real estate throughout the United States and Japan. In addition to leveraging the firm’s existing presence in these markets, RGIM is extending the platform to Europe, creating a leading real estate investment management group with a global reach and direct access to a broad range of investment opportunities.

Building on The Rockefeller Group and Mitsubishi Estate’s proven record of strength and performance, RGIM has developed a series of investment products and structures to meet the objectives of institutional and private investors. Fund products and joint-ventures have strategies tailored to investors’ risk and return needs, ranging from core and core-plus to value-add and opportunistic. Current third-party assets under management are $610 million.

The RGIM team is an experienced group of professionals with extensive backgrounds in real estate asset management and investment banking. Most of the group’s senior management has over 25 years experience in global commercial real estate investment and finance. The combination of The Rockefeller Group’s senior management, balance sheet strength, and hands-on real estate operating expertise provides investors with a unique ability to capitalize on the real estate investment opportunities in today’s market.

RGIM is led by Dennis R. Irvin, president and chief executive officer, who formulates business strategy for the company and oversees its operations.

John D. Bottomley, senior vice president, is responsible for all capital markets activities, fund-raising, and investor relations.

Paul T. McDermott, senior vice president and managing director, is responsible for overseeing the sourcing, acquisition, and ongoing asset management of RGIM investments.
